Geniel M Ashcraft

Geniel M. Ashcraft, Esq. has helped hundreds of clients complete their estate and business plans and aided them in trust and probate administration.

Ms. Ashcraft mainly conducts her business through house calls throughout all of Utah and Washington states. Her clients and their family members value not having to travel to a downtown law office and enjoy the convenience of conducting their family business in the comfort of their own home.

Geniel started her law practice in Washington in July of 2002. Geniel was admitted in practice in Utah in 2008. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western Washington District and the U.S. District Court of Utah. She is a member of the Washington and Utah State Bar Associations.

She has worked alongside investment firms, financial planners, CPAs, insurance agents, and banks providing their clients with estate and business planning. She has spoken at many estate planning seminars and legal education courses.

She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2001 and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Utah in 1998.
