Best Lawyer ever!!!

I went through many lawyers they are crooks and don’t do what you ask!!! Todd did everything I asked and he did it quickly!!! He showed me everything he charged me for and it was the best! I don’t have money he made sure he saved me as much as he could. And I was extremely happy with everything he di...d for me!!! I will always refer him as the best divorce attorney ever!!!

Waste of money

Hiring Todd Sessions to be my divorce attorney was the worst mistake I ever made. In court he never put up any defense on my behalf against the false accusations my ex-wife made. He did nothing when it came to trying to get me visitation with my kids. After 2 years and $26,000 he had done nothing to... progress my divorce, never asked for more visitation with my kids and never defended me when false allegations were thrown about. He showed up to court, accepted anything and everything my ex-wifes attorney requested no matter how damaging it was towards me or ridiculous it was. Instead of doing the job I hired him for which was to represent me in my divorce and help me get visitation with my kids, he charged me $26,000 to assist my ex-wife and her attorney. After 2 years of paying Todd Sassions to basically help my ex-wife I fired him and hired a different attorney who actually represented me and defended me against baseless allegations and got me custody of my son and visitation with my daughter within 9 months. Todd Sessions took advantage of me, a father who just wanted to see his kids and charged me for anything and everything but did absolutely nothing in court to earn even 1¢ that I paid him.

Feel Bad

My estranged wife hired Todd Sessions as her divorce lawyer and got a bad deal, which makes me feel bad for her. Granted my estranged wife is a drug addict; however, Sessions did very little to help her get alimony and maintain positive visitation with our children. At one point in court, Sessions co...mmitted a logical fallacy and appealed to a higher authority (dropped another judges name) in an attempt to make himself look good... wow! In the end he was more concerned about getting paid then helping his client :(

Disappointed and Frustrated

Mr. Sessions at first was eager to help, seemingly giving information and instructions for our custody case. After my husband and I did all of the work and put everything together on our own for our hearing, Mr. Sessions scanned it in (leaving out documentation he had that we didn't) and emailed it ...to the court...charging us $1000 in the process. We had a very strong case, however, he continued to convince us that having him there at his hourly rate would be beneficial. After the Commissioner gave her orders, Mr. Sessions DID NOT reference the court minutes before filing orders with ORS, leaving out a major portion of the orders for us to receive 7 months back of paid child support, as well as 50% of the medical expenses from that point on. Three months after filing incomplete orders to ORS, we have yet to receive a return phone call or email, or have the corrected orders given to ORS. It's a several thousand dollar mistake, and it still isn't corrected. We're having to get him formally removed from our record at the court as being our attorney so that the court will allow us to proceed on getting things fixed on our own. $8000 dollars later, and we're still having a problem getting responses and corrected documentation...I must be in the wrong profession. Mr. Sessions is good for helpful information up front, but if you're wanting someone to follow you through to the end, I'd seek an attorney elsewhere.
