This guy make big promises about getting me custody of my kids I paid my retainer upfront and that is when the bs started I couldn't ever get ahold of him and wouldn't respond to me at all then we went to medeation and he spent the entire time texting his girlfriend and wouldn't even try to negotiate... just charged me several hundred dollars to text on his phone this guy is a rip off he will take your money and run but make promises if you can just pay a bit more things will get resolved. Ha yeah right total lie and waste of my hard earned money I lost $8000 to this clown!!!

Mr Hoskins was hired to help navigate custody and guardianship issues. His advice and representation was spot on and he responded to our requests in a timely and efficient manner. Hopefully we will not need an attorney in the future but if needed we would use him again. We would refer and recommen...d his services to others who need help with areas in family law including custody, guardianship or divorce.

Waste of my time and money. Went to him to have divorce modified, but got robbed. Said he would serve my papers the same week I paid my retainer only to find out 2 weeks later no papers were served. Called office multiple times to try and find out where and what was going on with my case and it wou...ld take them 3 weeks to get back to me. Then in the middle of my case he up and left his legal practice/office ,with no notice, his office never contacted me and I was left out to dry. My case never was finished or settled and money never returned. The only thing Kyle did do a good job at was cashing my check the day after he received it. THIS GUY IS A JOKE. My advise, find a new attorney.
