Catherine J Hoskins

I have observed Catherine as a supporter of the opposing party. What amazed me was her complete lack of courtroom experience and protocol. She had no recall concerning Family Law and pertinent Utah State codes. She had typed out her questions and opening/closing statements which made for a laborio...us story hour with little relevance to the matters discussed. Furthermore, she seemed to literally pull arguments out of her.... hat in order to make a point for her client - which is usually overruled. I am certain that her client has no idea the extent of legal chastisement Catherine receives in the rulings of this case as my friend has personally shown me the documents. Multiple misspellings, even citing the wrong clients and Utah code and making the same arguments in her motions that were previously ruled on only to be reminded by the judge. It is grueling to watch her at work, and I desperately want to tell her client to run and get another lawyer. It is painful. Catherine has delayed this case for longer than necessary and has cost my friend and her client way too much money and time.

Catherine has been my attorney for about 9 years now. She has knowledge and wisdom that I really trust and rely on. I have had full custody of my children for 5 years now and she continues to help me with ongoing issues on a very difficult case. Would definitely (and have) recommend her. Especially f...or fathers that want someone to stick up for and fight for their rights.
