Do not take a 34E in an adjudication hearing, it'll be your worst decision made, and last do whatever you can to hire a really good lawyer because she is the attorney that is for Health and Human Services meaning Substance abuse, UA tests, Labs, Schools, DCFS, State funded mental health such as Davis Behavioral Health, has contact and access with law enforcement, Vital records, workforce services, etc. So don't think for one minute it won't all get exactly how it's needed for that win.
