William Michael Fontenot

My son was arrested for a DUI, he went out and talked to several attorneys and decided to go with Will because he seemed like the kind of attorney that would work hard to help his clients. Willing to go the extra mile. My son was going through some struggles at the time and in the process of workin...g on the first DUI, he ended up getting another DUI. Mr Fontenot told me he would work out a deal for combining the two DUI's and giving me the best price. The second DUI was over and done with fairly quickly but the first one took a long time. He kept on the case and worked hard with the prosecuting attorneys to get my son the best possible outcome. He had to travel to Cedar city to go to court but was always keeping us informed and always letting us know what was going on. To save us money he tried to do as many of the court meetings over the phone, to save us from having to go to Cedar City every time and saving us on cost for him as well. He was very reasonable on his price and did a great job for us.

I had multiple attorneys shy away from, inadequately represent, and step down from my case leaving me in a serious bind with two hearings looming a week away. Will was reluctant to sign on at first because my case history (understandably) made me look like I was a difficult client who had gotten behi...nd the eight ball with a long, drawn out, highly contested divorce and child custody case. Will was not phased by the difficulty of the case, and, in fact, WELCOMED THE CHALLENGE. At our first meeting, he realized (after hours) that it was the 7 day deadline to file an opposition to a very important motion filed by the opposing party, and he volunteered to stay after hours and filed a limited appearance and worked on an hourly rate to make sure I got a response into the court THAT DAY. I am so impressed. This guy really is a FIGHTER! He does his best to be skilled, prepared, and articulate, which are the things I look for in my search for AGGRESSIVE representation. He drafted a very persuasive and credible response for me in a very short amount of time. My experience so far of this attorney is that he is fast, factual, and creative in employing strategies to not just FIGHT but to WIN your case! Mr Fontenot and his associates helped me through every step of the divorce process. One thing that I have really appriecated is the timely responses on my case. As soon as any paper work was needed, signed or questions that arose. I would recieve an email with answers in a timely fashion, and docu...ments right away with instructions on what exactly was to be done. When the time came to go to mediation. They were right there advising and helping me to make the right decisions to achieve what I had specified. All of the legal documentation was typed up in explicit detail on both parties involved but easy to understand what was to be expected. On hiring Mr Fontenot I was sent statements on exactly what my money was being used for. Which in turn was very reassuring that time and money was not being waisted. I'd like to personally thank Mr Fontenot and Mr Schow for making this life changing situation that much eaiser for me and would highly recommend them.

Mr. Fontenot has helped me though various legal situations and helped me become educated on many things which has helped me avoid costly mistakes. He is so well rounded in multiple facets of the law, he's my first go to with any question. He is not like other lawyers/attorneys I've used in the past,... he is efficient and surprises me with how fast he responds to questions/calls. He's a straight up good guy.
