Kathleen Mcconkie

I was a single dad recently divorced getting drug through the mud by my exwife. I went to Kathleen McConkie and had a terrible experience. Kathleen missed deadlines, showed up to court unprepared and botched a number of hearings. She also disobeyed my instructions on what to send the opposing counsel... when we were trying to negotiate a settlement which botched the settlement costing me thousands more and months of time. She over billed me. She had me go through an interview by myself with another attorney where that attorney continually threatened me. She also botched several different mediations. Because of poor representation I had to pay out thousands of dollars on top of her fees to a guardian ad litem, custody evaluators, mediators, etc. I never felt like she stood up for me or really cared and is awkward to deal with. She doesn’t want to spend much time with you directly strategizing and she always seems too busy to speak to you. I would never recommend using her as an attorney.
