I am an attorney who practices in Utah, but often need the services of someone with more experience and expertise in real estate transactions than I have. When I do, while we have worked with many large law firms in Salt Lake City, the first attorney I turn to is Kyle Fielding (and I haven't had an ...issue that he wasn't able to resolve for us). His experience, quick mind, remarkable retention of detail, knowledge of real estate practice and law, his reasonable and fair billing rates, and his honesty and integrity have been invaluable to me and our organization. I have used Kyle's services in numerous transactions over the last several years. Kyle is willing to structure a transaction and draft the needed documents, or to answer a brief question about whether my client should be concerned about an exception on a title report. Kyle is very responsive, which is important when we’re up against deadlines, very approachable and willing to explain issues, even when the question may seem simple, informal, considerate, modest, easy and enjoyable to work and talk with. As I list these qualities, I suppose one might think he is a Boy Scout with a law degree, but to be clear, he has the needed professionalism and sophistication for this work. He doesn’t irritate opposing parties or counsel, which is important in our relationships and transactions. I recommend Kyle to friends when they ask for a real estate lawyer. We consider Kyle a trusted professional, good for the long haul.
