Great attorney that gets results

“I received a 90 day suspension (June 15, 2017 - Sept 15, 2017) from the Idaho State Bar for my involvement in the loss of data from a mobile device. At the time of loss, the fact the device was part of a criminal investigation was not disclosed to me. I feel it was appropriate to accept the suspension and not appeal, because "oops" is an inappropriate response as an Attorney, and it is reasonable to expect in this situation to be held accountable for even the appearance of impropriety.”
