Wynn Mosman was recommended to us by a friend who received legal counsel and a positive outcome from him. He did not disappoint us in the least! Even though he was traveling when initially contacted, Mr. Mosman called back the same day to let us know he'd be in touch the next day. True to his word..., he called the next morning and carefully explained all options. He was polite, knowledgeable and patient with questions. His fees are very fair. Mr. Mosman met with the prosecuting attorney on our behalf and the case was quickly dismissed. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome and appreciated his progress updates throughout this ordeal. All questions were answered with the same patience and sound legal advice we received from the beginning. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

I hired Wynn Mosman after being injured in a car accident. Mr. Mosman's office was chronically unable to hold on to the information that I provided. The notes from our first (and only) face-to-face meeting were lost. I submitted my insurance information to him and/or his office no less than four time...s; months later I was asked yet again for the name of my insurance company. Updates regarding my case were few and far between. My case was eventually settled to my satisfaction, but I regret hiring Mr. Mosman. Not recommended.
