Don't hire him for a divorce!
He was slow to act and let the case drag on, didn't respond in a timely manner at all, charged me thousands of dollars for poor representation. I basically got screwed big time. I also didn't feel that my information that was submitted was kept from the ex due to staff relationships.

Competent attorney, but terrible office staff
I hired Wynn Mosman after being injured in a car accident. Mr. Mosman's office was chronically unable to hold on to the information that I provided. The notes from our first (and only) face-to-face meeting were lost. I submitted my insurance information to him and/or his office no less than four time...
