This attorney did not review my case before or after charging me several thousands of dollars to settle. I had to do all of the thinking and work myself. He will put that all on you so that he doesn’t have to waste his time with an actual conversation. He simply chose to settle out of court, costi...ng me tens of thousands because he didn’t have the ten minutes to communicate with me, as his client, about the merits of my case. Two months after paying the retainer he still had no idea what my case was about. He had me settle shortly after that saying that opposing counsel and court fees would cost me tens of thousands more, so just settle. I came to him with a case with merit. Save your hard earned $ and find a lawyer who has interest in your case after you pay him his retainer. I hope he enjoyed the house payments that I just gave him for not getting involved in my case. No ethics and condescension all the way. I strongly advise that you continue on with your lawyer search.
