This attorney did not review my case before or after charging me several thousands of dollars to settle. I had to do all of the thinking and work myself. He will put that all on you so that he doesn’t have to waste his time with an actual conversation. He simply chose to settle out of court, costi...ng me tens of thousands because he didn’t have the ten minutes to communicate with me, as his client, about the merits of my case. Two months after paying the retainer he still had no idea what my case was about. He had me settle shortly after that saying that opposing counsel and court fees would cost me tens of thousands more, so just settle. I came to him with a case with merit. Save your hard earned $ and find a lawyer who has interest in your case after you pay him his retainer. I hope he enjoyed the house payments that I just gave him for not getting involved in my case. No ethics and condescension all the way. I strongly advise that you continue on with your lawyer search.

Mr. Mike Wells is everything you could asked for as a lawyer. He's get straight to the point and professional, does everything he could to help you and break things down that is easily understandable. I been out of the military for a decade and was always worried about filing for VA compensation but ...after speaking to Mike Wells, it gave me the confidence working with him would be the best route for me to handle filing all my claims. Having Mike represent me was the best decision I made with my VA case. Mike is a veteran who fights for veterans. My case was extremely complex and 15 years long before speaking with him. WOW!!! What an absolute breath of FRESH air!!! I say that in contrast to what I previously had always thought to be the accepted “norm” these days whenever it came down to attorneys. In the past, I myself, (just like most other individuals) have had to require some sort of legal representation and ne...eded to hire an attorney. It seemed like I was already on the back side of a bad situation and I couldn’t help but feel like I was on the “losing end”, even if the outcome may have looked positive or even favorable to me, (whether it be in regard to case specifics, my attorney’s work ethic or simply just due to the “overall value” that my hard earned money could actually get me whenever it came down to having the ability to hire a halfway decent lawyer.) I know that I am not alone in saying any of this and I’m sure that as an individual who may need an attorney, you too can relate. Am I wrong??? Also, you can probably agree with me that more times than not, typical attorneys tend to usually be completely full of “HOT AIR”, so to speak, and it seems like they just try to take advantage of whatever sticky situation that their client(s) may be in, etc. and unfortunately it is for the attorney’s own financial benefit helping to line his or her own pockets. Right??? Well, that being said...I DO STAND CORRECTED because Attorney Mike Wells is someone that I can honestly say is “THE EXCEPTION” whenever it comes down to quality legal representation. You see, from the first moment that I consulted Mike about my case, the whole atmosphere of the room felt more comfortable to me. I was unusually relaxed, at ease and of course that made me feel like I was simply “in good hands” and I knew that everything was somehow going to be okay. Mike never failed to address my particular situation by hearing what I had to say and then attempting to see it from my point of view and perspective...and that was a welcomed change. He actually listened to what my needs were and then he sat down with me to take the time to come up with a solid game plan. Mike is a true professional in his field and he values his clients by treating them with the utmost dignity and genuine respect that they deserve. You see, Mike was also in the military and hey, (believe it or not), as a fellow service member, he really does just seem to “get it”.
