We hired Mr. Waite to assist with a divorce situation. Sad to say working with him created tremendous additional stress due to poor advice and guidance, clarity on the process, lack of timely communication and his not being properly prepared to represent our information in hearings. Ultimately we par...ted company, but it cost us a lot of time and money for minimal benefit. I can safely say I personally would never hire Mr. Waite for any type legal needs in the future.

Recently went to court for custody of my daughter and Kevin did very well. He is very professional and is a man of his word. It was intimidating going for full custody of my daughter as a male in this state but Kevin gave me confidence from the beginning of the case to the end. We ended up getting mo...re than expected at the end of trial and i am very happy with the results. Thanks to Kevin i have full custody of my daughter and know she is not in harms way with a bunch of drug addicts around her all the time. The one thing that was difficult from time to time was getting a call back from his law office because i always had questions. Talk about a patient good listener, and ready to persevere over any odds! Kevin was knowledgeable, willing to research and learn more about things he was not as experienced with until he nailed it; was applauded for his professionalism, use of experience, and quality by the Judge on multiple occasion...s, and overall dealt with more attacks from my ex-husband, my own emotional break-downs, and severely stressful situations involving all parties many times over the course of a very stressful nearly 3-year period. Military divorce can be sticky and tricky especially when dealing with several states and jurisdiction issues. Kevin stuck with me every step of the way and always had great advice and insight. I would consider Kevin and his wife friends of my family always. There is not enough gratitude for all he did for me and my kids!
