Recently went to court for custody of my daughter and Kevin did very well. He is very professional and is a man of his word. It was intimidating going for full custody of my daughter as a male in this state but Kevin gave me confidence from the beginning of the case to the end. We ended up getting mo...re than expected at the end of trial and i am very happy with the results. Thanks to Kevin i have full custody of my daughter and know she is not in harms way with a bunch of drug addicts around her all the time. The one thing that was difficult from time to time was getting a call back from his law office because i always had questions. I still give a strong five stars and will definitly be going back to Kevin Waite with any legal issues i may come across. Thank you very much again Kevin!

Kevin does great work. My particular case has multiple stages as many do. The most recent included my child's mother trying to stop contact between a close member of the family and my son. Mr. Waite was able to get the case dismissed due to his extended knowledge of the law as well as we are now wait...ing for reimbursement for lawyers fees and court costs. I let kevin know i was tight on money and he has kept that in mind. I am so glad I hired him. My custody case still has a way to go and I am reassured knowing I have him by my side.
