Extensive Knowledge of Family Law

Kelso Lindsay is a knowledgeable, driven and upfront attorney. He is an excellent listener and asks relevant questions to thoroughly understand your legal matter. Camille, his paralegal, is attentive, kind, welcoming and detail-oriented. She is an asset to his practice. Kelso guided me through a ...complex legal matter which required me to hire two attorneys at the same time. He worked cooperatively with my other attorney and took the lead to meet an extremely time-sensitive deadline. Kelso devoted his weekend hours to my case in order to meet the deadline needed for both attorneys. He went above and beyond and continues to be there as a legal ear when I need him. My legal matter at times can still be confusing at times and I am at ease to have Kelso and Camille just a phone call away. Our time as client and attorney was brief in comparison to most legal matters, however, his extensive knowledge of family law was instrumental in guiding me onto the optimal path. He treated me like family and acknowledged my contributions to the favorable outcome we received. There aren't enough words to express the gratitude I feel for Kelso stepping out into muddy waters and navigating these unique times along with my unique situation. I would highly recommend Kelso Lindsay to anyone needing family law representation. Thank you Kelso & Camille.

I have never had protective glass in my office. I think maybe this person is reviewing the wrong attorney? However, I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Please feel free to call me if you would like to discuss it.

Client of ed Lawlor but James filled in.

James was very personable treated me like I was his only case for the day. Treated me very respectfully. Saw I was a first time (very (Nervous) offender and walked me through the when where, and things I needed to do to stay up on my end of my penalties. I Never met my Lawyer. James didn't treat... me like I was a bad person. I Talked to Ed once on the phone, and he treat me like a common criminal. And made me feel dumb. So thank you to James! Making this a easier very much needed learning experience!

My attorney of choice!!

Kelso and his assistant Tara were amazing! They both fought for me and looked past my mistakes to see the person I am now. In the end Kelso was able to reunite my oldest daughter and I despite the other parties outlandish lies and was even able to get the opposing party to admit he was untruthful whi...le being on the stand! Even though this was a very difficult and stressful time for me I was able to pull threw because of this law office believing in me and not backing down, I am eternally grateful! Love them both

A poor choice

This attorney was far more interested in running up a large attorney fee bill than in settling my case. He left me hanging for months on end, forcing me to make calls and write letters to him to try to get him to do something on my behalf before it was too late and the real estate market dropped. T...he settlement agreement that he drafted and encouraged me to sign left me in a far worse position, forcing me to use a realtor not of my own choosing and forcing the case into arbitration and taking it out of probate court where it could have been handled in a far less costly manner. I also felt that he was being untruthful to me on numerous occasions. The case is still unsettled, and I finally had to hire a new attorney because I felt that he was not handling the case well and was not acting in my best interests, only his own.

Relationship: Worked for lawyer

"Kelso Lindsay is an excellent attorney who deeply cares for the needs and concerns of his clients. He is very intelligent, outgoing, and is an outstanding litigator. I have personally observed his success both in the courtroom and in his day-to-day practice, working with clients, opposing counsel, and the opposing party to achieve very positive results for his clients. I endorse this lawyer and would refer my friends and family to him."

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"As opposing counsel on a matter, it was a pleasure to work with Mr. Lindsay. While of course working as a vigorous advocate for his clients, Mr. Lindsay exhibited high standards of ethics and professional courtesy throughout our case, and was willing to work to a successful resolution in mediation rather than trial. It was a pleasure working with him."
