Replied last February 25, 2020This post was not made by my client in the matter and the deposition was interrupted from a call from a Court Judge which was required to be answered. The deposition continued to fruition thereafter and the matter was resolved to the satisfaction of my client. As the individual posting was not my client, he would not have an understanding of the filings. All filings were made timely and none were missed, ignored, or forgotten. Further, after the post I had contacted this individual and the post was to be removed.

Replied last February 25, 2020Even though this post is made anonymously, I recognize the comments that were made when collections occurred for the payment of my outstanding invoices. I zealously represent my clients and, at times negotiating matters become heated and voices are raised but I always maintain a professional office.
