I engaged Mr. Davis in 2008 to render legal services for land development which included annexation, zoning, public hearings, entitlements, utility agreements just to name a few. Below I selected corporate/incorporation but Denny was my attorney for nearly everything that I did for several of my companies and personal needs. I found Denny to be professional but personable. He understood our needs from our perspective and gave us what we needed not what he was able to "sell"... us. Denny created our LLCs, walked us through converting them to S-corps and walk through every step of the way of selling 2 companies under very different circumstances.
