Denny is superb. I could just end it there, but I'll elaborate. Denny has always been super responsive, often responding the same day. When I need a contract reviewed or other legal assistance that needs to happen quickly, he has been incredibly responsive. On other items that I simply need to ma...ke sure myself and my company is protected, he is thorough, deliberate and accurate. He is also a teacher too. He ensure I understand what we are talking about and they why's. HIs advice and guidance is second to none and I consider him a big part of my team.

I engaged Mr. Davis in 2008 to render legal services for land development which included annexation, zoning, public hearings, entitlements, utility agreements just to name a few. I worked with Mr. Daviis for approximately 3 years. I found Mr. Davis to be very knowledgable and professional. He was w...ell respected by the City officials and other public entities that were involved in the project. Mr. Davis was a strategic member of our development team offering creative solutions to the many complexed issues. Probably the best review I could give Mr. Davis is that he helped us acheive all of our objectives in the face of many challenges. It was a pleasure working with him and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Below I selected corporate/incorporation but Denny was my attorney for nearly everything that I did for several of my companies and personal needs. I found Denny to be professional but personable. He understood our needs from our perspective and gave us what we needed not what he was able to "sell"... us. Denny created our LLCs, walked us through converting them to S-corps and walk through every step of the way of selling 2 companies under very different circumstances. And, he and his team were excellent in both situations. It is without any hesitation that I would recommend Denny and his staff!
