Brian J. Bean is a Spokane & Coeur d'Alene attorney specializing in business law, real estate law, estate planning law, corporate/general counsel law, and personal injury law. Brian’s previous legal experience includes being corporate counsel for an Avista Utilities subsidiary, Ecova Inc., which specializes in energy management. While legal counsel for Ecova, Brian managed contracts, negotiations, sales and vendor deals, commercial leases, licensing, intellectual property issues, mergers & acquisitions, employment matters and more.

He has extensive experience guiding both large and small companies through strategic business and legal decisions, including formation, corporate formalities, licensing, intellectual property, sales, employment, contract negotiations and disputes. He is similarly proficient in real estate law, including, but not limited to commercial/residential purchase and sales, title actions, foreclosures, easements, land use issues and boundary disputes.
