I was represented by Art Macomber and Macomber Law from 9/21-4/22 with regards to an Inter-pleader Complaint that was filed against me for a real estate purchase that did not close from. During this time Macomber Law was sold and Art Macomber was no longer an employee of Macomber Law, which had a di...rect result to the outcome of my case in a negative way. Lack of Competent Representation, Important Information Not Being Conveyed, Missed Deadlines and Improper Court Procedure resulted in a judgement against me. Claiming No Responsibility, Lack of Action or Accountability on either Art Macomber or Macomber Law in helping to resolve the issues pertinent to my original Inter-pleader case, I am now faced to deal with numerous legal actions, court cases, fees, expenses, and damages because of my hiring Art Macomber and Macomber Law as my legal counsel.
