Client was charged with murder and claimed self-defense. Client was confronted at the apartment complex where he lived by a taller male who harassed client verbally. Client went to his apartment but fo ... rgot something in his car. Client armed himself with a gun for protection as he went to his car to retrieve the item he forgot. Client was threatened by the taller male who moved toward him. Client showed the gun to the taller male who then hit gun out of client's hand. In a struggle for the gun, client shot taller male multiple times. Client stayed at scene and called 911 and tried to perform CPR.
