My practice is centered on guiding innovators through the protection, acquisition, and/or commercialization of patent and trademark rights. Having IP experience in a variety of technology fields and spanning the breadth of intellectual property law, I counsel clients ranging from international corporations to start-up businesses. I earned degrees in Chemical Engineering and Law from the University of Idaho. I am an advisory board member for the Department of Chemicals and Materials Engineering in Moscow, Idaho, and am also a member and two-time past chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Idaho State Bar in Boise, Idaho. In 2016, I taught an Intellectual Property course at the University of Idaho College of Law.

Nathan Whitlock, Patent application Attorney on Aug 18, 2015
Relationship: Co-worker
Elizabeth is great at explaining her position and thoughtfully advocating for her clients. She is approachable, empathetic, and kind. Over the years I have worked with her, she has cheerfully assisted me in my own work to clarify and simplify complex areas of law, both through discussions and letting me read arguments she has written. I recommend Elizabeth as a capable and understanding attorney.
