I manage all aspects of contract development for MotivePower, Inc.  I engage in customer negotiations and facilitate cross-functional group communications to implement proactive strategies to complete sophisticated project deliverables in the rail industry.  I ensure focused legal support to a team of Project Managers that coincides with internal risk management strategies and complies with larger corporate obligations.  In short, I help my team to build cutting edge, highly engineered, locomotives for the freight and transit markets.
