ACTIVE IN GOOD STANDING LAW LICENSE: U.S. COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT
I am a disabled lawyer who advocates for better laws and court decisions to advance disability rights. I have been abused by state and federal judges who called me incompetent when they are either incompetent or dishonest. My academic and legal background show that I am the one who is the expert and when a judge disagrees with me, this just means a law reform is needed to reverse the judge. I have never done anything to even suggest unethical action in any court case.
Just because someone who abuses you wears a black robe does not mean you are wrong. Judges are wrong most of the time, in my experience, but society gives their false judgements more power than they should have.
That simply calls for law reform.
