When my mother passed away in April 2020 and I was appointed her personal representative, I was at a complete loss as to how to handle “probate.” After doing some internet research and asking for a referral from a friend who had just gone through the probate process for his father, I contacted Bob ...Montgomery. That was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Bob treats you like you are his only client! Early in the process, I probably exchanged 10 emails and multiple phone calls in one day, and I never waited more than 15 minutes for a response! Incredible! When we hit a snag with the probate judge, Bob worked tirelessly to come up with a creative solution. Only a probate lawyer with years of legal experience and an “out of the box” mindset would have been able to so elegantly and expeditiously solve the problem. I told him at the time that he was a miracle worker, and I still stand by that assessment. There is no better probate lawyer in the valley, of that I am convinced, and I am so very thankful for his help and guidance throughout this journey.

Wow. We couldn't have known when we found Bob and hired him to represent us, the effort, attentiveness and overall service we would receive. Being from out of state presents many challenges when delaing with a loved ones passing, my husband's mother, and Bob guided us through each step of the proce...ss in a kind and professional manner. All of our emails and voice messages were returned promptly and our questions always answered. He always made himself available. Some unexpected issues arose requiring new and different documents to be filed with the courts. Bob addressed this immediately, got the correct documentation and we ended up with the results we needed. His up front, flat rate was beyond reasonable. Any time we asked about or he offered something we hadn't initially discussed, I assumed there would be an extra charge. There never was. His answer was always, "No, that's included." It's comforting to know and feel tht someone is really helping you out in your time of need and to receive the level of service we did at the price we paid was amazing. We would reccomend Bob in a heartbeat!!!!
