Warren W. Dowdle has built a distinguished career as one of Idaho’s top trial attorneys, representing individuals injured by negligence and defending clients facing lawsuits. With over 40 jury trials as lead counsel, Warren has successfully handled cases throughout Idaho, earning a reputation for his skill and dedication.
Warren’s legal journey began at Racine, Olsen, Nye, Budge, and Bailey in Pocatello, where he focused on insurance defense. He later joined Sasser & Inglis in Boise, leading multiple jury trials for the defense. In 2003, Warren founded Dowdle Law Office, P.C., dedicating his practice to personal injury cases. His notable achievements include securing a $1 million settlement in a farming accident and an $875,000 settlement in a motor vehicle accident. From 2012 to 2018, Warren continued to recover millions for clients as a trial lawyer with Litster Frost Injury Lawyers.
Warren is a member of the Idaho and Utah State Bar and is admitted to practice in state and federal courts. Beyond his legal work, Warren values his family and faith. He and his wife, Darlene, have five children and one grandchild. Active in his community, Warren has volunteered in youth and sports programs for over 25 years.
