As an out-of-state landlord with an investment property in Ada County, managing a nightmare tenant from afar was an absolute crisis. Erin missed several chances to get things done that were time sensitive. She goes weeks up to a month to get back to you through call/txt/email. Now that I've hired a new attorney to actually do the job she wont return my retainer & won't sign off to transfer council. I gave her many chances to do ...her job but she rarely contacted me or did what was needed. waste of $$
