My ex husband filed an ex parte order against me for emergency custody. I didn’t find out until I was at our meeting spot waiting for 30 minutes until I received the worst text of my life “we will not be meeting today, you can contact my attorney”. I was forced to rush and find someone as soon as pos...sible due to not being allowed to have any contact with my daughter whose father lives 6 hours away from me. Amazing! Honestly I came into this divorce and custody situation with a bad hand. I thought I was going to lose it all multiple times, starting out with so little and so much against me, but in the end he fought for my case, so well.
