I wanted a lawyer whom somebody I knew could recommend to me, but it didn't work out. I was referred to Rich by a lawyer who I didn't know, so I went in "cold" as it were, and I feel I really "lucked out" with Rich. Like I said, I feel fortunate that I ended up with Rich, and in the end (and even during), I felt "that is why you hire a professional".
