Rich is hands down one of the best out there. I have had the privileged of hiring him for 2 complicated and extensive custody battles. We had an amazing and positive outcome with both cases. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to help me make sure everything went accordingly in the best interes...t for my children. Those are very stressful and challenging times in an individuals life and its important that you have a lawyer that cares and goes above and beyond for you. That would be Rich! Anyone who has dealt with family in law knows that the process can be extremely draining. It's not a place you want to cut corners with second rate attorneys. Through all the twists and turns, and the numerous motions of my case, Rich was there standing strong in front of me, and reaching out to ot...her experts where he needed to for good advice. Although I stayed actively involved in the case and made most of the executive decisions, I relayed heavily on Rich's guidance to make those decisions. The judge ruled in my favor for all five motions brought against me. Insomuch as the proof is in the pudding, Rich is a great choice. I've never worked with a better family law attorney. Although I hope I will never need his services again, I would gladly use Rich again.

I wanted a lawyer whom somebody I knew could recommend to me, but it didn't work out. I was referred to Rich by a lawyer who I didn't know, so I went in "cold" as it were, and I feel I really "lucked out" with Rich. He was professional, understanding, and efficient (as was his support staff). It ...was my 1st (and I hope only) divorce, and you really don't know what to expect. Rich was excellent at separating the wheat from the chaff, (I'm talking about what I thought was important, and what Rich knew was important). Every little thing I thought was important turned out pretty much not to be, and he saved me money by just sticking to the crucial areas. We had to be patient to get to the finish line with what I wanted, and Rich was the "man". I only realize this now that it is over. He had the right tact and experience to get us there. Like I said, I feel fortunate that I ended up with Rich, and in the end (and even during), I felt "that is why you hire a professional". I can truly say I was fortunate to end up in Rich Pinol's hands for what it is truly a negative experience (i.e. DIVORCE).
