Richard (Rich) is very personable. Divorce is a hard and confusing time. I always felt that Rich listened to my concerns and questions. When he wasn't 100% sure on one of my questions, he would seek further guidance to make sure that I was answered correctly. Rich went out of his way several ...times to make sure I understood what was going on. I never felt like I couldn't ask for clarification. Rich has a way of getting down on your level and explaining things several ways until he feels confident that you understand. I always felt like Rich had my best interest at heart. When I wanted things to go different, he would give me his opinion and then allow me to choose what I felt was best for me. Rich did complete the job he was hired to do and advocated the terms I wanted in my divorce. The process was frustrating however, communication could have been better. Consistently I felt I would only get updates on the process if I asked very specific questions and I was left guessing a lot of the... time.
