Rich was not the attorney I intended to have represent me in my divorce; however, I could not be happier with the great care he took over my case. The attorney I retained (at the same firm) was healing from a surgery and was wrapped up in court, in the most complex custody case they had ever seen. Rich became my primary attorney for my divorce, as represented by Marcus, Christian, Hardee and Davies. My divorce, at first blush, seemed to be straight forward. However, like many things in life, complications arose soon after. What my spouse wanted through the divorce was not only unreasonable, bu...t not based on the law (the other side was asking for 80% of our entire estate). Rich then took on the job of educating opposing counsel by citing case law and our trial position, to which the other side conceded. This was accomplished because Rich displayed superior legal knowledge, patience, doggedness and at times, when necessary, a frankness with opposing counsel in order to keep things moving forward with settlement as our goal. I am happy to report Rich achieved substantially equal distribution of our estate. While the divorce was painful and frustrating for me, Rich, Brandi, and Sofia (My Team!) kept me grounded and helped me from making mistakes based on emotion. When I needed them, they were all in my corner. I cannot stress how much I would recommend Rich to anyone who has a family law issue.
