Rich did complete the job he was hired to do and advocated the terms I wanted in my divorce. The process was frustrating however, communication could have been better. Consistently I felt I would only get updates on the process if I asked very specific questions and I was left guessing a lot of the... time.

Throughout a lengthy custody battle, Mr. Pinol never let up in fighting for my parental rights. Due to my repeated inability to follow the parameters of temporary custody orders, I wouldn't be surprised if my case were one of the most frustrating for Mr. Pinol to navigate. However, he never spoke dow...n to me and always told me what I needed to hear, and I never got the feeling that he regretted taking my case. From the outset, I could tell that Mr. Pinol was a fierce competitor in his realm, and he was not afraid to litigate if circumstances warranted it. After the close of my custody case, which had an extremely favorable outcome for me and my son, I still struggled to take advantage of it due to personal issues. However, when the mother of my son continued to defy the custody court order, Mr. Pinol didn't hesitate to take on a new case for petitioning the court. He didn't do it because he needed the business or was looking forward to me being his client again; I think it was because he believes that I love my son, and he saw me trying.
