Biography
I have been an attorney since 1980, first in Michigan and now in Idaho. I have a ton of experience in a variety areas of law. In my early career I worked as in-house counsel for a number of companiess, concentrating on contracts and general business issues. Now I work on helping clients work through the legal issues that face them, whether it is a divorce with children or drating a pre-nuptial agreement because both parties to the marriage have children and assets of their own.
I understand what my client wants to achieve and do my best to achieve those goals in a cost-effective manner. Unfortunately, the other side is not always cooperative.

Needs to Work on Client Interactions - Very Offputting
Mark was initially rude. He made me feel as though he was annoyed by me and my questions. He was snarky and short with me. I was put in contact with him through the bar referral service. I told him how he was making me feel and he softened. By the end we were joking, sharing stories and he apologized...
