I was t bone by a mail truck and 2 years later I get a offer to basically to take a deal that barely pays them and hospital bills and when I told them I want to go to court they backed out of my case right before we had to go to court they gave me 21 days during the fourth of July weekend to find a...nother lawyer or show up to represent my self didn't tell Me where to show up took them 2 weeks to send me the information for my case by this time no lawyer wants any thing to do with it

AVOID this company! My daughter was in a car accident. We went to Litster Frost for help. While my daughter was still getting treatment from doctors Litster Frost wanted to settle the case for less than the amount of the medical bills. When we declined, the attorney did not return phone calls, did no...t provide updates, lied to us repeatedly then completely ghosted us for months. When I was done being ignored I went directly to the office in person and asked Litster if he was done handing our case and firing us. Litster made a grunting noise and had me take all the paperwork. I found a new attorney and when I did, Litster Frost placed a lien on the case so they could have a third of the settlement for doing NOTHING! This is the WORST company. Not recommended. RUN. They are shady thieves who will NOT work in your families best interest.
