Biography
I started my career as a Disability Representative long before law school. I began first as a non-attorney claimants' representative and helped with well over 1,000 successful claims throughout the western states before I ever earned my law degree and started practicing as an attorney. Once I was able to open my own office and function fully as an attorney representative, I chose to remain in a small office so that I could work directly with my own clients. It is important to me that the people I represent know that I am aware of them and directly involved in their claim for assistance. I have stayed dedicated to the disability appeals process. I help with Social Security disability claims as well as claims for Compensation and Pension through the Veterans Administration.

Nice to Have Bernhardt Disability Law in my Corner
You need to keep this lawyer's name handy. You never know when you might need to call him with a question about some decision Social Security hands you. Mr. Bernhardt was able to suggest some initial steps to find out what's up with the confusing communications from Social Security.
