Biography
I am an attorney admitted to practice in all Federal and State Court's in Idaho since 1982, and I am also a member of the bar of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. I have practiced in small firms, mid-sized firms and as a solo practitioner in my 38 years of legal practice, and since 1982 I have practiced at one time or another in almost every area of law. I have successfully tried dozens of jury trials and hurndreds of court trials during my legal career. In 2016 I looked back over my last 20 years of practice and realized that I had made career decisions based upon circumstance and what others wanted, rather than practicing in the legal areas I enjoyed. I decided to return to my roots in the practice of law - family law, guardianships, probate, criminal defense and juvenile defense. In 2017, I opened Michael Doolittle PC in order to use of my life experience and my many years of experience to provide experienced, compassionate help to my clients in the most difficult times of their lives.
