Biography
I have been practicing law since 1998. My experience in real estate and business ventures as a principal helps me understand and solve your problems. I have related legal experience in estate planning, bankruptcy, technology and asset protection which gives me a broad and long term perspective when counseling clients.
Prior to and while earning my finance degree at BSU, I made my living as a licensed real estate agent, selling primarily multi-family investment property. In 1993, I graduated and two years later I started law school, graduating have a semester early in December 1997.
In 2000, I received the Professionalism Award from the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Idaho State Bar. In 2005, I was the recipient of the “Accomplished Under Forty Award” from the Idaho Business Review.
I am certified by the Idaho Real Estate Commission as an instructor. I enjoy teaching my areas of expertise to other lawyers and real estate agents. Doing this helps me keep my knowlege of current issues current and allows me to stay in touch with matters of importance to my clients.
