Retaining Highly Qualified And Competent Legal Counsel Is A No Brainer!

Shopping for bargain representation and hiring the wrong attorney can be a very costly mistake. I have learned that lesson the hard way. Not only does your attorney need to knowledgeable and skillful, but from my experience, must be admired and respected by his peers. If the judges and prosecutors... don't respect your counsel, the outcome of your case will most certainly reflect that. That's not speculation, that's a FACT! Jeff Nona is HIGHLY respected and admired by his peers and the legal community at large. He is not a newcomer in this arena. Because he is fair on all accounts, Jeff can generally negotiate an outcome that is fair and acceptable to all parties. The thing I like best about Jeff is that he is direct and to the point. He won't "Blue Sky" the issue and is direct and to the point. Jeff is a no B.S. kind of guy and gets the job done. He also has a paralegal, Lisa, that is a rock star in her own field and doesn't let things "slip through the cracks" which is really important when your freedom and rights are on the line. Jeff and Lisa are a really good team. I highly recommend Jeff to all my friends and family and have retained his services numerous times over the past 10 years for myself and family members. Always with a successful outcome.

We overcame huge legal obstacles and won my difficult case

Made a bad choice & needed help.

July 2015, I made a horrible decision and got behind the wheel of my vehicle after I had been drinking. I put peoples lives at risk and earned myself a DUI. In the following days after my arrest I was starting to panic because I did not know what to do or who to call to help me with the awful situat...ion I had created for myself. I miraculously stumbled across this site and the reviews for.Mr. Nona. I was hesitant at first to contact him, but did not have any other options. I was the BEST decision I have ever made. Mr. Nona and his WONDERFUL assistant Lisa Wilson took the reins and literally gave me my life back. It was not easy, but they were there every step of the way and made what seemed an impossible situation bearable and do-able. They were even able to help me get the option of a withheld judgment, which I am looking forward to. I definitely had to do my part, but with them on my side I was able to overcome the obstacles I had placed in my way and continue on with my life towards a positive future. No BS

Jeff and Lisa got me my license back after 4 years when it was suspended for a dui it's been a long time I just want to say thanks now my employer pays me for the use of my truck.

Jeff and Lisa saved me in more ways than one!

I won't go Into detail about my case but before I decided to go with Jeff I spoke with a TON of lawyers and as soon as I talked to Jeff on the phone I knew right away he was the right one. Unlike the others, he actually listened and I felt his genuineness from the start. He was upfront and brutally h...onest. I was clueless and had no idea what to look forward to.
