very best of a bad situation.

With the fear of jail and disruption of my family life , I had a public defender that didn't seem to care much about my outcome, after a quick Google search I found Nona , the initial sticker price for a competent lawyer was a shock , but in the end Nona was very informative and tough with the prosec...uting attorneys. Everyone was held accountable. After a very stressful period Nona got me the best possible outcome I could have hoped for , where the public defender said minimum jail time, Nona ended the case with no jail time. He has the experience and knows the in and outs of the law , and as a plus he has close professional relationships with everyone that will be involved with your case. I can't recommend Nona enough. If you have the option to pay for representation Nona is the choice.

Well worth the money!

Jeff listens to your concerns and offers his expertise; he explains the predicament you're in thoroughly along with the choices you have & the possible outcomes & repercussions. He's direct and expects you to be honest & forthcoming as well. Jeff is clearly great at what he does and well worth the mo...ney & I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!

Don't roll the dice!

We live in California and our son was arrested on very serious charges in Boise. Our world was upside down with no local contacts and what felt like a dice roll selecting an attorney who could help. Look no further than Jeff Nona! He is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, and he ...knows how to achieve the best possible outcome for your situation. His staff and partnership with a fair and reasonable bondsman are second to none. You could pay more (a lot more) for a less experienced lawyer, but if you don't let Jeff have your back, you're back to rolling the dice!

Excellent Service

I looked Jeffery Nona up and read his reviews when I was faced with a DUI. Because he had such great reviews, I hired him to help me...those reviews were right. Jeffery helped me through the frustrating process of getting my DUI dismissed. He was more than fair and did his best to keep my expenses at... a minimum! He and Lisa, his paralegal, are very heart centered and truly care about their clients! I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves facing a DUI.

Retaining Highly Qualified And Competent Legal Counsel Is A No Brainer!

Shopping for bargain representation and hiring the wrong attorney can be a very costly mistake. I have learned that lesson the hard way. Not only does your attorney need to knowledgeable and skillful, but from my experience, must be admired and respected by his peers. If the judges and prosecutors... don't respect your counsel, the outcome of your case will most certainly reflect that. That's not speculation, that's a FACT! Jeff Nona is HIGHLY respected and admired by his peers and the legal community at large. He is not a newcomer in this arena. Because he is fair on all accounts, Jeff can generally negotiate an outcome that is fair and acceptable to all parties. The thing I like best about Jeff is that he is direct and to the point. He won't "Blue Sky" the issue and is direct and to the point. Jeff is a no B.S. kind of guy and gets the job done. He also has a paralegal, Lisa, that is a rock star in her own field and doesn't let things "slip through the cracks" which is really important when your freedom and rights are on the line.
