In an accident and was charged with a misdemeanor. Called Christi and she was great in explaining the process and the law that a misdemeanor remains on your record forever and that is how an accident ticket is written in Idaho. I found this ridiculous. Christi was great. Got the ticket reduced to... an infraction. So now not a criminal offense.
