I welcome the opportunity to comment on my experience with Mr. Miller. I worked in the court system for 35 years, yet I found myself needing an attorney for a member of my family. The problem is I am in another state so I felt vulnerable hiring one, having no opportunity to meet him in person. I had to draw on my experience and gut feeling from a phone call. On or about October 2011 I was referred to Joe Miller, Esq. By the office of Craig Schwab Law Offices while I was looking for a personal injury attorney. Mr. Miller helped me win my civil case involving a frivolous claim regarding some work I conducted for a client. My client was trying to sue me for two million dollars for a breach of contract. Joe helped me win my case and proved that there was no breach of contract and I quickly went back to business as usual.

Joe and his staff were so easy to work with. They kept us informed throughout the process and really helped to explain the steps and processess. I appreciated that Joe always told us when there was something we could handle ourselves, but I greatly appreciated being able to hand everything over to someone who was caring and competent.
