Biography
Why I enjoy my criminal practice: I love justice. Nothing motivates me more as a lawyer than to see an injustice in the life of my client and his or her suffering in some way as a result. When I see injustice, I give everything I have to find an opportunity to remedy it. I do everything in my power to achieve a fair and reasonable outcome.
Why I enjoy estate planning: I value preparedness. Few things compare to the peace that comes from knowing that you have done everything you can do to be ready for the situations you will face in life. If you are prepared, you won't fear. That is why I enjoy helping clients plan for their futures through estate planning.
Why I enjoy constructive family law: Family is everything. Whether you have a traditional family or a nontraditional one, family is who you love and who loves you. I love helping families achieve their constructive goals through such things as adoptions, guardianships, and related services. There are few things sweeter than to be able to help unite infants and children with parents who are eager for them to join their family.

Poor communication
Steven was fine in the during the consult, but due to poor communication, the professional relationship suffered. I was unable to meet a firm deadline and was displeased with his representation and inattentive attitude. He was not proactive and did not have a sense of urgency.
