James was the best decision I have ever made. Due to James connections with local prosecutors from all his time working at the DA's office I was able to get my ex wife charged and convicted with multiple frivolous crimes and now have full custody of my daughter. Well not me but my mom watches raised ...her while I get to focus on my career until I have more time to raise her myself. He's not only done this for me but a few other clients of his as well. It may have cost me 40k but now I never have to pay child support or be bothered with my ex wife again. In my eyes 40k was a complete steal for how easy my life is now.

STOP NOW… Truly do not hire James Vavrek. He took advantage of an already broken woman getting out of a long abusive marriage. I lost my home because he cancelled 5 of my hearings to keep my home.He decided to cancel my divorce hearing so he could take his family to mexico and allowed the defendants ...attorney to prepare the divorce decree,asset & debt schedule and submit it to the judge without approving it myself. After paying him $30,000 for 10 months of non-representation I have been victimized by this person and hope that you will seriously research this guy because he does nothing but take your money.I mean everything he nickel and dimes you, he even charges you to call and make an appointment with him.He kept me waiting for six months for a hearing, and then he refused to cont. my case after the fourth time of threatening me to withdraw from my case unless paid large sums of money. I am still waiting to get 50% of the assets belonging to myself including the 401 k.
