From the very beginning Mr. Neville did not follow through with anything he claimed he would. I’m not going to ramble on every detail because I’ve wasted enough time and money with this guy. In brief, he provided nothing more than a deficient performance, did not obtain evidence, provided no assistan...ce at a DOT hearing, typically will not take a call if he is in the office and rarely returns a call, over charges for the amount of time he actually spends on your case. He’s good at roping you in by playing the buddy buddy role but then your nonexistent to him after you retain him. I terminated his services and hired someone else. My new attorney got me more information on my case during the initial consultation than Mr Neville did the whole time he was on my case. If your obviously guilty and the state has evidence, this guy could probably get you a decent plea deal but I wouldn’t expect much.
