We have used Barry on three separate occassions over the past 15 years to create and then update our wills. On this most recent visit he advised us to create a trust rather than a will and we saw the many benefits of doing it this way. I moved here from California last September, and my Trust needed to be redone since it was not valid here in Idaho. I found Barry Peters on the internet and there were amazing reviews regarding his service. What I liked a lot was that his prices are listed on his website, so I knew there were no hid...den costs. When I first met with Mr. Peters he went over all of my documents and gave me the cost for all of them, and it was extremely reasonable. When my documents were completed, and we went over them, he had covered everything and more. He was extremely patient and made sure all of my questions were answered. I am very happy with what Mr. Peters did and would highly recommend him to everyone. It was a pleasure having him redo all of my Estate Planning Documents.
