I highly recommend Travis Rice if you are in need of a great lawyer. I was falsely accused of a vandalism/littering crime, and at first was going to represent myself but after the first court date I hired Travis because I didn’t want the headache or hassle of dealing with monthly court appearances. ... He was great to work with, and he communicated very well around our conference dates. He immediately got a motion passed to excuse me from being present days I had work, so I didn’t have to keep calling in or using PTO. Travis did an amazing job keeping us in the loop on where we stood, and how things were progressing. We had both come to terms with the fact we were going to trial when the State finally admitted they had no evidence against me, and to both of our relief the case was dismissed. He was easy to get a hold of either through text, email or phone calls. I would use him again if I ever needed a lawyer in the future.

I turned myself in for a case that was older. A difficult one as the judge put it. Mr. Rice was contacted by my fiance and I met with him in jail the next morning. We spoke for a short time and he then contacted my fiance. He said get him out of there. This man is not a criminal. He said details and ...payment can wait until we figure this out.
