The Public Defender in this town deserves a medal - just no way he could deliver the best outcomes under the ...colossal public case load he carries. Scott is often busy but he is delivers energy and focus and has produced desired results in a very complicated criminal defense case.

This rating could have been, would have been, so much higher. Between my wife and I we had Mr. Larsen represent us for two cases. The personal injury case seemed to drag on forever with the only progress made only after we called to prod him along. But it eventually resolved and the settlement was ac...ceptable. The DUI case also resolved but incompletely. The charge was dismissed without prejudice meaning they could be refiled at any future point. It was very important to us and promised by Mr. Larsen that he would continue to insist on the (negative) results of the blood draw and file a motion to dismiss with prejudice in anticipation of a civil case. Unfortunately, once the personal injury case resolved we have been unable to get any resolution on this matter. Multiple calls have went unreturned, etc. There are possibly other, more responsive, lawyers out there that you can choose to represent you.
