Just about a year ago I received a notice in the mail from Mr. Ballard. I thought it was just a bogus solicitation until one night I got a knock on the door and was served with papers saying I was being sued. Somewhere in the back of my head I remembered Mr. Ballard's letter and too my surprise eve...rything he said was spot on, I was being sued! I was totally surprised, scared and had NO idea what to do or expect. I was so pleased and relieved when I called Ryan! We spoke about my circumstances and he immediately put my mind at ease.
